Rental Agreement Lawn Maintenance

In my rental agreement, my landlord said they would automatically clean my farm if it wasn`t maintained and would add an extra $40 to rent for the work. I asked for this service because I have two dogs and I don`t have time to take care of it because of my work. But the owner now says that the people who do the service don`t want to do it because there`s “too much dog stuff” … Although it was included in my lease, I asked, they ignored my request… And to say now that I`m breaking my lease. What do you suggest? The advantages for the tenant are that they don`t have to worry about lawn maintenance, and the landlord knows it`s going well. The downside for the owner, of course, is that they are stuck with the bill. This type of lawn maintenance contract would probably increase the rent a bit, but overall there are no questions or headaches for both parties. This is probably the best option for owners who rent a property in an HOA, apartment complex, or if they have many properties in the same area. I rent a house on 30 acres. The property is also my place of ownership of the business community and has several employees who come to the property in wotk.

My owner also chases his family members on the property (one of them is a FELON, but ANYWHOOO..) The rental agreement says that we only rent the house. We have access to the 30 complete hectares, but the lease does not include any land outside the 4 walls of the house. However, the lease stipulates that we take care of the lawn, we mow the grass, we shoot weeds, etc., and that we must also keep access without snow (access is easily long of half a football surface). Anyway, if my rent only includes the house, do I have to plow the driveway? There are other people (hunters, workers) who use the aisle MORE than me DO! we are expected that our dogs will clean the feces of the property, which makes sense and I have no problem with it, but do I mow the lawn if I do not have exclusive rights on the farm? What about access? This is my owner`s office, why should this task be placed on me? The bathtub was also deciphered during the move and needs to be replaced. It was 2 months and it was always broken. I pay for a full bath, but I can`t even take a bath. There is a PETITE 2×2 shower, but id prefers to take a bathtub and pay for 1.75 bathroom. Can I have someone repaired and taken from my rent? Do I have to insist on paying less rent until the bathroom is set? Frustrated [15] In this case, the provision is inseparable from the lease agreement. There is no concrete reflection on the task of clearing snow separately from the provision of the premises.
